When will I receive my order?
All our custom designed t-shirts, tank tops and hoodies will be printed to order after you submit your orders. This will ensure you get the freshest products in the highest possible quality. We typically batch print every week and then ship to you directly from our print shop. For Domestic orders in the U.S., please expect 10 - 14 business days for your order to arrive after placing your order. For International orders, you will receive your order 16 - 21 business days after the your order is placed.
As soon as you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with a link to track your order status. We will also send you an email with the carrier tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can also track your order status by signing in to your account here.
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will try to help you track your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Generally, domestic (U.S.) shipping is $3.95 for the first t-shirt ordered and $2 for each additional item ordered. Free Shipping will be automatically applied to your order if your order total is $75 or more.
International shipping is $12 for the first t-shirt and $4 for each additional item ordered.
Please note that Hoodies will cost slightly more to ship. Please double check the shipping cost automatically calculated at the checkout page based on the most up-to-date shipping rates.
Do you deliver products internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S. We have plan to ship to the rest of the world shortly.
How do I track my order?
You will be provided with a order tracking link on your order confirmation email. We will also send you a notice of the carrier tracking number in email as soon as the order is shipped. If you sign up to receive notification via Facebook Messenger, you will receive the shipping status update at Facebook Messenger as well. Alternatively, you can log into your account on our website and select “My Orders” in the user menu.
Why is my order late?
There are many reasons why your order could be delayed. We make sure to notify you via email of any delays or change-of-delivery dates.
Can I have my order shipped to a friend or family member?
Yes, of course! You can update your order's shipping address to your friend or family member’s address during the checkout process and it will be shipped accordingly.
I did not receive all my items in my package (partial delivery). What gives!?
Sometimes items ship separately from other items, depending on the availability of the exact product you ordered. Do not fret! You will receive it in a separate package.
Can I change the size or product I originally ordered?
Please contact us if you need to change size. If we can catch it before it is printed, we will accommodate the change. However, if the order has been processed, then unfortunately we will not be able to make the change.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Of course! Our products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. We offer hassle-free options to take care of all your purchasing, product and shipping issues.
We will support exchange or refund within 30 days of the order date if we send the wrong products or defect products. We also offer hassle-free options for size exchange. Simply contact our Customer Service Team for assistance. Our Customer Happiness Specialists will be happy to help. Note: We may ask you to send photos or return the product in order for a refund or exchange to take place.
What If I am unsure about my shirt size?
Please reference to our size charts for shirt size. Shirt sizes can vary between the type of shirts. Please review carefully before making your selection.
How secure is my personal information?
We adhere to the highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions.
Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is the same security technology used by banks to process payments safely.
Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction through our payment processing service (Stripe or PayPal) and is NOT subsequently stored.
